About the role
This position is responsible for conducting training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates. The Learning & Development Trainer facilitates GO classes and assists with monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness, as well as providing feedback on GO participant performance.
Responsibilities
- Conducts training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates.
- Delivers training materials for GO, UOP, and special seminar classes.
- Stays current on learning trends and approaches to incorporate in Learning & Development offerings.
- Assists with monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness based on feedback and other evaluation techniques to ensure participants absorb the course content and can apply it.
- Presents information in courses using a variety of instructional techniques and formats to ensure understanding and absorption by participants.
- Assists in evaluating GO participant performance in courses and provides feedback and coaching throughout the course and at its conclusion.
- Obtains a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment (may include Operations TL experience).
- Bilingual preferred.
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required training.

Benefits available for eligible permanent full-time associates.
Pay
Pay Range: $72,500 - $101,500. Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
