Job Responsibilities
- Counsels and trains associates in Operations and Support Center.
- Delivers training materials for GO, UOP, and special seminar classes.
- Stays updated on learning trends and incorporates them into Learning & Development offerings.
- Maintains and evaluates training programs to ensure effectiveness.
- Evaluates GO participant performance and provides feedback and coaching.
Requirements
Must reside around the following area: Dallas, Texas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment, may include Operations TL experience.
- Successfully completed initial and periodic training requirements.
- A valid Food Handler's Card must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
Pay
Pay Range: P2: $72,500 - $101,500
