Job Responsibilities

  • Counsels and trains associates in Operations and Support Center roles.
  • Delivers training materials for GO, UOP, and special seminar classes.
  • Assists in monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness.
  • Provides feedback and coaching on GO participant performance.
  • Presents information in courses using various instructional techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment.
  • Bilingual Japanese or Korean preferred.
  • Successfully completed initial and periodic required training.
  • A valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is required.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of learning trends and approaches.
  • Ability to deliver training materials effectively.
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluating training programs.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

Pay

Pay Range: P2: $72,500 - $101,500 Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
