Job Responsibilities
- Counsels and trains associates in Operations and Support Center roles.
- Delivers training materials for GO, UOP, and special seminar classes.
- Assists in monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness.
- Provides feedback and coaching on GO participant performance.
- Presents information in courses using various instructional techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment.
- Bilingual Japanese or Korean preferred.
- Successfully completed initial and periodic required training.
- A valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is required.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of learning trends and approaches.
- Ability to deliver training materials effectively.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating training programs.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.

Pay
Pay Range: P2: $72,500 - $101,500 Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
