LEADPERSON FABRICATION (1ST SHIFT)
Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to assign work based on shop order control schedules and assure necessary materials, tools and proper equipment is available to perform such work required.
Essential Functions And Key Responsibilities
- Communicates and instructs multiple employees in daily work assignments
- Follows specific direction from Production Supervisor and verifies these directions are carried out
- Stage/set up jobs for employees on line ahead of time
- Verifies employees are following methods/procedures for fabrication & quality control
- Communicates Non-conforming product issue back to production personnel
- Substitute for Production Supervisor in event of absence
- Makes sure fabrication area is kept organized and 5S polices are followed
Qualifications And Skill Requirements
- High School diploma/GED (minimum)
- Fabrication experience (preferred)
- Basic computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, ect.)
- Must have good communication and organizational skills
- Able to multitask
- Be vigilant about safety
- Quality - conscious, oriented to excellence

The hourly pay range for this position ranges from $18.21-$22.16, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
