Lead Manufacturing Technician- 1st Shift

About the role

As a Lead Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will report directly to our Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on an On-site work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving employee health and safety issues promptly.
• Identify risks to employee health, implement cost-effective solutions, and ensure that employees are protected from known hazards.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVES: Basic understanding of workplace safety regulatory requirements (MNOSHA, MPCA, MNDOT); Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies; Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; Proficiency in using software and tools for process optimization (Microsoft Office, database systems).

Pay

The ANNUAL salary range for this position is $75,000 - $112,000.
