Job Description

We're seeking experienced, licensed insurance professionals to join our leadership team as Licensed Healthcare Leaders. In this role, you will support the success of our sales organization through coaching, training, quality assurance, subject-matter expertise, and team leadership.

Compensation Highlights

• Pay Rate: $17.00/hour-$25.00/hour, depending on role and experience.
• Your recruiter will review the details based on qualifications.
• Training completion bonus for those who have a 95% or higher attendance during training, and 100% attendance in the first week of production.
• End-of-season bonus based on performance, attendance, and client metrics.
• Project-specific incentives (details provided during your interview).
• Bonus details will be provided during training.
• Pay frequency: Weekly pay.

Schedule Highlights

• Schedules can fall between the hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Eastern Time, and will be assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License.
• Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses if required (fees covered by Sagility).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ successful season(s) as a Licensed Healthcare Advocate in a telesales environment.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time while maintaining focus and productivity in a remote work environment.
• Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Confidently assume the sale and guide the conversation toward a successful close.
