Responsibilities

• Connect with consumers who have already expressed interest
• Work warm leads from the comfort of your home
• Help clients understand their Medicare coverage options
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s needs
• Complete applications accurately and compliantly
• Follow up with prospects and build lasting client relationships
• Meet personal production and activity goals

Requirements

• An active health insurance license
• At least two years of Medicare AEP sales experience
• Strong knowledge of Medicare products and enrollment requirements
• Confidence working warm leads by phone
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• A professional, self-motivated approach to remote work
• Current carrier certifications and required compliance training
