About the role
The Institute for Nonprofit Practice (INP) is now accepting applications for the RISE Program, a nationally recognized leadership development program for early-career professionals working in the nonprofit, public, and social impact sectors.Responsibilities
Participants receive:- Leadership and professional development through interactive virtual seminars from September to January 2026 approximately every 3 weeks for a total of 8 sessions.
- Mentorship from experienced social impact leaders
- A national network of peers and alumni
- Praactical knowledge of nonprofit leadership, governance, and finance
- Career coaching, peer learning, and opportunities to build social capital
Requirements
The program is delivered virtually and welcomes applicants from across the United States.Ideal candidates
Ideal candidates include:- Early-career professionals currently working in nonprofit, public, philanthropy, education, healthcare, advocacy, community organizing, or other mission-driven organizations
- Individuals passionate about social change and advancing equity
- Professionals seeking to strengthen their leadership skills, expand their professional network, and increase their impact
