About the role
Lead a high-performing team of account and architecture specialists to drive durable sales growth and portfolio profitability within the US Navy account.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate complex sales strategies by aligning Cisco’s full product portfolio with customer roadmaps to solve critical business challenges.
- Build and sustain executive-level relationships with key Navy stakeholders, including CTOs and CIOs, to influence purchasing decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Drive the end-to-end sales funnel by analyzing forecasting data and shaping data-driven account strategies that achieve revenue goals.
- Foster a high-performance environment by hiring top talent, coaching team members toward quota attainment, and maintaining a rigorous operational cadence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of related sales experience, or a Master’s degree plus 6 years of related experience.
- Proven track record of managing portfolio profitability and achieving revenue goals.
- Experience in strategic sales planning, including forecasting and data-driven account management.
- Ability to travel 20–30% of the time for daily face-to-face engagements with customers and partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in competitive analysis and translating market trends into actionable sales tactics.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and corporate resources without direct reporting authority.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members to improve performance and quota attainment.
- Experience managing direct account teams and architecture specialists within a large-scale sales organization.

Pay
The starting salary range posted for this position is $324,400.00 to $435,400.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.
