Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure safety standards are followed, including correct use of equipment & PPE (Zero accidents goals)
- Oversees and supports EHS behavior & initiatives
- Utilizes quality matrix to improve First Pass Yield / Defect reduction
- Maintains and monitors the correct performance of Tier 1 & Tier 2 employees, escalating issues as necessary
- Maintains and ensures the correct utilization of resources, including raw materials, tools, and personnel
- Evaluates and develops supervisor performance, adhering to TPI's SMART goal setting and performance reviews
- Fosters and promotes a continuous improvement culture and cost-out projects using Lean tools
- Maintains accurate personnel time & attendance records to prevent manufacturing impacts
- Maintains and approves Oracle transactions for accuracy and effectiveness
- Maintains proper implementation of engineering changes and deviations
- Complies with and enforces TPI's internal work regulations, Norm 035
- Ensures that TPI's Mission, Vision, and Values are fulfilled and enforced
- Maintains and improves the processes of Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 140001, ISO 45000)

- Blade manufacturing experience (preferred): Knowledge of composite production processes
- Machines & tools knowledge (preferred): Basic understanding of equipment operation and safety
- Shift flexibility: Available for various shifts, including weekends and overtime
Training Requirements
- Must attend all mandatory HR training modules such as drug testing, harassment, FMLA, positive work environment, etc.
Physical Demands
- Ability to be on the factory floor for long periods of time, potentially working across all shifts at times
- Stamina to work 50+ hours / week to support plant performance
