About the Role

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers (e.g., demolition, equipment placement and monitoring).
• Manage and process mitigation and remediation jobs from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with customers and insurance adjusters.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log and appropriate restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.

Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the Technician.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Water / Fire / Mold Damage Restoration experience.
• Proficiency in MICA / Mitigate Software.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Adequate math skills to apply learned techniques for determining appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices for reporting and recording daily activity.
• IICRC Certification(s) required (WRT, ASD, or AMRT are acceptable).
