About the role

The Lead Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative at Corinth Veterinary Clinic is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital's front desk, ensuring an exceptional client experience, supporting and mentoring the client service team, managing appointment flow, addressing client concerns, and serving as a key liaison between clients, medical staff, and hospital leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital’s front desk
  • Serve as the welcoming face of the hospital, providing exceptional client service
  • Support and mentor the client service team
  • Manage appointment flow and address client concerns
  • Serve as a key liaison between clients, medical staff, and hospital leadership
  • Maintain efficient administrative processes
  • Promote a positive and professional team culture
  • Ensure clients and patients feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
  • Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
  • Strong leadership experience with a focus on building morale, collaboration, and team engagement
  • Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented during busy periods

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in the following skills:
  • Strong leadership experience with a focus on building morale, collaboration, and team engagement.

Pay

$18-$21 per hour, for each hour worked

Schedule

This is a full-time position, with availability needed Monday-Friday. NO WEEKENDS!!
