Lead Valet Parking Supervisor | Full-Time | Centennial Yards

Position Summary

The Lead Valet Parking Supervisor will oversee valet operations, providing valuable feedback to the Valet Parking Manager.

Responsibilities

• Inspect garage and parking lots several times throughout the day
• Work closely with valet manager during events to ensure safe and efficient traffic patterns
• Aid manager with daily valet operations
• Serve as the primary contact in the field to the Valet Manager
• Ensure day-to-day checklists are followed and completed
• Perform traffic material/supply inventory and parking operations inventory management
• Assist the Manager by gathering information to respond to guest inquiries and investigate complaints/concerns
• Assist with the continuous evaluation and adjustment of the pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signage program
• Oversee onsite valet supervisors

Qualifications

• Ability to work extended hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call status as needed
• Previous experience in event operations or parking operations is required
• Must be able to legally operate vehicles
• Working knowledge of parking best practices
• Ability to anticipate problems and implement immediate corrective action
• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
