Parking Supervisor | Part-Time | Centennial Yards

Responsibilities

• Inspect garage and parking lots several times throughout the day
• Work closely with parking manager throughout events to ensure safe and efficient traffic patterns for all guests
• Aid manager with event day operations of garage, parking lots, and traffic flow
• Operate/Monitor Parking Systems in our lots
• Absorb and enforce employee parking program
• Ensure event day checklists are followed & completed for entirety of event
• Set up and prepare lots for event
• Report traffic incidents in lots to manager
• Perform traffic material/supply inventory along with our parking operations
• Perform inventory management
• Assist the Manager by gathering information to respond to guest inquiries and investigate complaints / concerns
• Aid in the continuous evaluation and adjustment of the pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signage program

Qualifications

• Ability to work extended hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, on-call status, and holidays, as necessary
• Working knowledge of parking best practices
• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Ability to lead and give clear and concise direction
• Ability to work flexible and extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours
• Previous experience in event operations or parking operations is preferred
• Must be able to legally operate vehicles

Pay

This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00.
