We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes schedule info: "Schedule: Monday through Friday Typical Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm CST". So we can have a Schedule section with that content. Responsibilities: many duties listed. We'll put under

  • items. Requirements: maybe Education/Training Requirements. Also maybe "Full, independent licensure..." etc. That's qualifications. We'll separate: Requirements (maybe education/experience) and Qualifications (licensure, certifications). But we need to follow headings list: we can use Requirements and Qualifications as separate sections if content exists. Skills: maybe list of skills like communication, organizational, etc. Could extract from duties: "Demonstrate effective communication skills. Demonstrate good organizational skills..." etc. We'll create Skills section. Benefits: list of benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), employee share program, life/disability insurance, flex spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, health and wellness program, employee assistance program (EAP). Also mention Machine-Readable Files? Probably not needed. We'll include those. Pay: compensation range $78,750.00 - $121,474.08. Include that. About the role: maybe a brief summary: "The Lead Therapist is responsible for promoting teamwork..." etc. We'll put that as About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, links, video links, etc. Also remove "Pay Transparency Requirements" heading? We'll just include Pay section with the range. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all duties etc. Might be long but okay. We'll structure:

We must ensure no duplicate content. Also ensure we didn't include boilerplate like EEO, links, video links, etc. We removed those. Check that we didn't include any "Pay Transparency Requirements" heading; we used Pay. Check that we didn't include "The System also includes Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation..." that's maybe extra but could be considered part of About the role? It's not essential; but we might include it as part of About the role? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That line about Foundation and InHealth is substantive; we could include it in About the role paragraph. Let's add a sentence: "The System also includes Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation, which supports patient care, programs, and research; and Rogers InHealth, an initiative that works to eliminate the stigma of mental health challenges." We'll add to About the role. Also we might include the link? Probably not needed as it's a URL; but it's substantive? Might be considered navigation? It's a link to foundation; but it's not boilerplate; but we may keep as plain text without link? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The link is not necessarily boilerplate; but it's a URL; we could keep as plain text. However, to be safe, we could include the
