Position Qualifications And Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Childhood Development, or related field, Licensure preferred.
- Two years of experience working in the behavioral health field.
- Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.
- A valid driver's license along with access to a vehicle.
- Management of work processes along with strong computer and documentation skills.
- Able to main confidential information within HIPAA, regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
- Must be flexible especially with scheduling (may include occasional evenings and weekends).
- Able to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
- Strong communication skills along with professionalism.
- Experience and confidence identifying and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Experience working in crisis settings with individuals and families.
- Self-directed, flexible with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Sensitivity of cultural and workplace harmony.

Essential Tasks And Responsibilities
- Assists the Manager with day-to-day support of the program and program staff.
- Implement and maintain the program's philosophy, principles and procedures in all services and/or operational functions.
- Perform direct service functions to ensure department goals.
- Along with the Program Manager, establish appropriate program outcome goals.
- Complete all program reports as needed by agency, county, and state standards.
- Ensure the operation of the program is in accordance with applicable licensing and/or regulatory compliance.
- Along with the Program Manager, interview, hire and evaluate staff while maintaining approved staffing levels.
- Responsible for providing support, training and development of staff to meet agency, department/program and regulatory standards.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with individuals from outside agencies/organizations.
- Participate in the periodic review of program service operation and development.
- Conduct clinical supervision with therapists and/or interns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and instruct staff accordingly.
- Create a culture of service excellence which promotes continuous improvement and satisfies the requirements of internal and external customers.
- Assist team leads in the implementation of action plans to improve performance.
- Provide all documentation and reports as required.
- Attend all trainings, supervisions and meetings as assigned.
