Responsibilities

• Coordinate fixed branch activities and perform office/administrative duties.
• Resolve problems and actively cross-sell bank products and services.
• Support and demonstrate North Shore Bank’s customer service standards.
• Act in a supervisory capacity in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Disseminate operational changes/updates to branch personnel through staff meetings.
• Serve customers professionally and efficiently, handling all teller functions promptly.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards for both internal and external customers.
• Answer questions from prospects or customers, maintaining good relations; direct complex inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Handle complex and non-routine inquiries regarding bank policy and operating procedures; research and resolve customer problems.
• Some Lead Tellers may be assigned as Area Lead Tellers, supporting multiple branch locations.

Pay

Starting at $19/hr, depending on experience.
