About the role
Braze is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Strategic Technology Partnerships. This role will translate Braze's strategic technology partnerships into differentiated messaging, joint go-to-market programs, and field-ready assets that ladder up to our core platform narrative.
Responsibilities
- Translate Braze's strategic technology partnerships into differentiated messaging, joint go-to-market programs, and field-ready assets that ladder up to our core platform narrative.
- Own the messaging architecture for Braze's strategic technology partnerships (e.g., cloud hyperscalers and data platforms), ensuring each partnership ladders up to our core platform narrative and customer engagement story.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams including Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing to take initiatives from messaging through to field readiness.
- Drive joint go-to-market and co-marketing programs with technology platform partners, coordinating timelines and deliverables across internal teams.
- Build and deliver core assets and enablement that actually get used in the field.
- Track performance and adoption, and report results back to cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years in product and/or partner marketing at a growing B2B technology company, with strong product marketing (PMM) craft at the core.
- A clear, practical understanding of how go-to-market strategies work with technology platform partners, including joint GTM programs, co-marketing motions, and integration launches.
- Strong PMM fundamentals: messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, narrative development, and the ability to translate complex offerings and integrations into clear, buyer-ready stories.
- Experience marketing technology platform partnerships (e.g., cloud hyperscalers, data platforms, and the broader SaaS/martech ecosystem).
- Experience building sales and enablement content—solution briefs, battle cards, decks, playbooks—that gets adopted and used by the field.
- A proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and execute without direct authority, navigating a matrixed organization to get things shipped.
Qualifications
- Nice to have: Experience in customer engagement, marketing technology, CDP, or adjacent data/SaaS categories.
Skills
- Storyteller: You turn complex offerings and integrations into clear, differentiated narratives that resonate with buyers and the field alike.
- Builder: You're comfortable with ambiguity and energized by creating structure, frameworks, and repeatable motions where none existed.
- Collaborator: You're a sleeves-rolled-up, low-ego operator who brings cross-functional teams along and gets things shipped without direct authority.
- GTM-fluent: You understand how go-to-market strategies work with technology platform partners and how to execute them in a fast-moving, matrixed organization.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation that may include equity.
- Retirement and Employee Stock Purchase Plans.
- Flexible paid time off.
- Comprehensive benefit plans covering medical, dental, vision, life, and disability.
- Family services that include fertility benefits and equal paid parental leave.
- Professional development supported by formal career pathing, learning platforms, and a yearly learning stipend.
- A curated in-office employee experience, designed to foster community, team connections, and innovation.
- Opportunities to give back to your community, including an annual company-wide Volunteer Week and donation matching.
- Employee Resource Groups that provide supportive communities within Braze.
- Collaborative, transparent, and fun culture recognized as a Great Place to Work®.
