About the role

The Lead Product Manager will own product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for two highly visible domains: Identity & Authentication and MyFree onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and strategic direction for Identity & Authentication and MyFree onboarding experiences.
  • Gather, document, and refine detailed business and technical requirements, including acceptance criteria, edge cases, user stories, and technical constraints.
  • Translate complex authentication workflows including SSO, OAuth, OIDC, entitlement management, passkeys, and account management into build-ready product specifications.
  • Lead product initiatives from discovery through launch, partnering closely with engineering, UX, security, and business teams.
  • Facilitate roadmap planning, prioritization discussions, and product refinement sessions to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Define and manage key performance indicators including authentication success rates, onboarding completion rates, activation, engagement, and subscription conversion metrics.
  • Analyze product performance data and customer behavior to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
  • Build executive-ready presentations, dashboards, business cases, and reporting materials that support product decisions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis across streaming, subscription, AVOD, identity management, and customer onboarding ecosystems.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Identity & Authentication and onboarding experiences across the organization.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Security, Legal, and Business Development teams.

Requirements

  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5–7+ years of Product Management experience owning products through the full product lifecycle. Experience gathering requirements, developing roadmaps, and driving delivery of customer-facing digital products. Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and product strategy development. Experience working within Agile product development environments. Experience presenting product strategy and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Experience defining KPIs, building dashboards, and leveraging data to inform product decisions.
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, and conversion funnels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within OTT, SVOD, AVOD, MVPD, streaming, media, telecommunications, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Identity & Authentication products, including SSO, OAuth, OIDC, passkeys, account management, or entitlement systems.
  • Experience optimizing onboarding funnels, activation journeys, and subscription conversion experiences.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered products, workflow automation, or emerging customer experience technologies.
  • Knowledge of connected device ecosystems and streaming platforms.
