Lead Technologist, Diagnostic Imaging
Purpose & Scope
Maintains quality control for the Radiology Department and supervises technical and support staff. This position requires initiative and independent judgment.
Responsibilities
- Reports to the Senior Technical Manager for certain functions.
- Delegates certain functions on occasion.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in radiography is required or Graduate of an accredited certificate program for radiography is required.
- Two years of diagnostic imaging experience is required.
- One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required.
- BLS certification required.
