About the role

The Lead Technician Tooling role at Primoris Energy Services involves overseeing tooling operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing tooling projects from planning to completion. The position requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and experience in industrial construction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of tooling operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
  • Planning and execution of tooling projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet project milestones.
  • Training and mentoring junior technicians to enhance their skillset and knowledge.
  • Documentation of project progress and maintenance of records for future reference.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial tooling and manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage tooling projects effectively.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
