Lead Techical Business Analyst with CBAP (In-Person Interview)

About the Role

Candidate will work on existing and new initiatives including but not limited to Assessment Management System, Telecommunication Company Information, Pipeline Audit System (PAS), Document and Matter Management (DMM), and 753 Enforcement support, enhancements, and development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Propose and design modern, maintainable, secure, and scalable solutions that meet or reimagine business needs.
• Work closely with architects, developers, and testers to ensure solutions are feasible and align with existing systems.
• Analyze data using SQL, Excel, or BI tools to validate assumptions and identify automation or optimization opportunities.
• Create business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), and process flows.
• Act as the point of contact between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), write test cases, and ensure delivered solutions meet business goals.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience specializing in analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems.
• 84 months of experience with internal and external stakeholder communications, including developing presentations and materials to rethink core business processes.
• 84 months of experience as the Lead Business Analyst using business process management methodologies (e.g., elicitation, business process modeling, As-Is/To-Be workflows, UML).
• 84 months of experience leading business requirements projects for new applications.
• 60 months of experience analyzing, normalizing, and transforming legacy databases (e.g., MS Access) into enterprise-level relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
• 60 months of experience acting as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, software vendors, and developers.
• 48 months of experience using system modeling and design tools (e.g., MS Visio, UML, ERD tools).
• 48 months of experience developing and implementing multi-tier .NET Framework and .NET Core web applications using C# with ASP.NET patterns (Web Forms, MVC).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a computer or technology-related field.
• Valid (active) IIBA CBAP or PMI PBA certification.
