Lead Business Technology Analyst

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in defining business needs and translating them into detailed, actionable system specifications
• Shape solutions that solve complex technical challenges and drive smarter operational performance
• Gain exposure to cutting-edge technology and continuously apply innovations to improve systems and workflows
• Play a vital role in application maintenance, documentation, and system administration to support long-term system integrity
• Contribute directly to strategic IT initiatives by providing expert analysis and process mapping
• Build strong partnerships with leadership and cross-functional teams, elevating the value of IT across the organization

Requirements

• Expertise in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into clear, functional system specifications
• Solid understanding of programming concepts, data structures, and querying to support technical solution design
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to define project scope, align on objectives, and ensure successful outcomes
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous learning, innovation, and the ability to apply emerging technologies to business challenges
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of related experience

Pay

$100,130 per year – $155,540 per year. Incentive eligibility: eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary.
