Technology Lead Analyst

What you’ll do

• Own the delivery of the airline’s technical ecosystem, ensuring reliable rollout of initiatives spanning capabilities that cover Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise systems.
• Key systems you’ll oversee include:
• Passenger Service System (PSS)
• Flight operations and dispatch
• Crew scheduling and rostering
• Maintenance & Engineering (MRO)
• Rew Revenue accounting and ticketing integrations
• Loyalty
• Customer Web and Mobile apps
• Staff apps
• Other systems that support Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise functions of the airline.
• Act as the primary IT partner to the airline’s business functions, ensuring systems comply with aviation regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, ICAO).
• Lead vendor implementation and optimization of airline platforms and manage integrations between operational systems and ERP/Finance.
• Build systems for real-time operational resilience and effective incident response will be critical, as will supporting fleet expansion, route growth, and operational scaling.

What you’ll need

• 8+ years of experience in airline or aviation IT environments
• Deep understanding of airline operational workflows
• Experience with airline platforms (eg, PSS, Flight/Crew/Movement, MRO, PRM, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory and safety requirements
• Proven ability to support mission-critical, 24/7 operations
• Strong customer-centric mindset balanced with operational rigor
• Excellent stakeholder communication under high-pressure conditions
