Lead Tech Change Management Analyst
Primary Purpose
Technology transformation is only successful when people adopt new ways of working. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our Technology initiatives translate into real, sustained impact across the organization. As an Lead Technology Change Management Analyst, you will lead the development and execution of enterprise change strategies for complex Technology programs. You'll apply structured methodologies to help teams navigate change effectively-accelerating adoption, minimizing disruption, and ensuring business value is realized. This role partners closely with HR, Communications, and senior Technology leaders to deliver consistent, integrated change approaches. You'll influence how change is planned and experienced, while building scalable frameworks and tools that strengthen change capability across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise change strategies for complex Technology programs
- Apply structured methodologies to help teams navigate change effectively
- Accelerate adoption, minimize disruption, and ensure business value is realized
- Partner closely with HR, Communications, and senior Technology leaders to deliver consistent, integrated change approaches
- Influence how change is planned and experienced
- Build scalable frameworks and tools that strengthen change capability across the organization
Requirements
- Energetic and motivated individual who is passionate about shaping how people experience transformation and driving adoption at scale
- Experience in technology change management, preferably within a large enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to influence and drive change within an organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technology change management
- Experience with change management methodologies such as ITIL, Prince2, or Agile
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship management

Pay
- $80,000 - $100,000 annually
