For our client, we are seeking a Lead Change Management Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will support enterprise-wide transformation efforts by shaping how change is planned, communicated, and adopted across the organization. The person in this position will partner closely with program and initiative leaders to assess impact, build readiness, and enable successful implementation. It is a highly collaborative role focused on driving user adoption, supporting training, and improving the effectiveness of organizational change. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,100 – $165,450 annually Responsibilities Partner with initiative leads to support change planning activities Assess change impacts on employee groups and operational teams Develop enablement assets including training materials and toolkits Coordinate and deliver training sessions in various formats Collaborate with stakeholders to understand audience needs Draft targeted communications aligned with program goals Track adoption metrics and conduct post-launch reviews to evaluate effectiveness Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Change, Communications, HR, IT, or a related field 5-8 years of experience in change management or training Experience with technology or process transformation initiatives Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments Experience developing training materials Strong organizational and project coordination skills Benefits Performance-based bonus plan Eligibility for restricted stock unit awards Access to various employee benefits and rewards Opportunities for professional development Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
