Change Management Lead Project Analyst

About the role

The Change Management Lead Project Analyst supports projects within Capital Partners, focusing on change management and project execution. This role involves leading projects, managing resources, coordinating project teams, and ensuring successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, organize, analyze, and complete projects addressing business goals and needs.
• Execute both business analysis and project management tasks depending on the project role.
• Define project scope, prioritize deliverables, and manage resources.
• Coordinate project meetings, write detailed requirements, and maintain project documentation.
• Contribute to user acceptance test planning and execute user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate and oversee successful project implementations and product rollouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and execution.
• Experience in private wealth management and/or investment management preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems like FIS Addvantage, SEI’s Wealth Platform, Charles River Development, and Addepar.
