About the role
The Change Management Lead Project Analyst supports projects within Capital Partners, focusing on Change Management. They are responsible for the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, organization, analysis, and completion of projects addressing business goals and needs.
Responsibilities
- Initiate, organize, analyze, and complete projects
- Manage project meetings and write detailed requirements
- Coordinate project team throughout the lifecycle, including planning, scoping, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
- Manage project documentation and support the use of project management tools
- Contribute to user acceptance test planning and execute user acceptance testing
- Coordinate and oversee successful project implementations
Requirements
- Results-oriented with understanding of project impact
- Experience in financial services, particularly private wealth management and/or investment management
- Experience with portfolio accounting systems and concepts
- Familiarity with relevant software platforms (FIS Addvantage, SEI’s Wealth Platform, Charles River Development, Addepar)
- Project management and execution experience
- Data collection and documentation skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in project management and execution
- Experience in financial services, particularly private wealth management and/or investment management
- Experience with portfolio accounting systems and concepts
- Familiarity with relevant software platforms (FIS Addvantage, SEI’s Wealth Platform, Charles River Development, Addepar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation and mediation skills
