About the role

The Lead Teacher will design and implement engaging educational activities, oversee the daily operations of the classroom, and work closely with a team of educators to foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.

Requirements

• Experience working with children aged 3-5 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Valid Minnesota teaching license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting

• Experience with child development and learning theories
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment
