About the role
The Lead Teacher - Licensed Program is responsible for leading educational programs that adhere to state licensing requirements. This role involves developing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and ensuring student safety and progress.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum aligned with state standards
- Manage classroom activities and ensure student engagement
- Monitor student progress and provide individualized support
- Collaborate with other educators and administrators to enhance program quality
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
- Valid teaching license in the state of employment
- At least 3 years of teaching experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of current educational methodologies and technologies
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success
