About the role

The Lead Teacher - Licensed Program is responsible for leading educational programs that adhere to state licensing requirements. This role involves developing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and ensuring student safety and progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum aligned with state standards
• Manage classroom activities and ensure student engagement
• Monitor student progress and provide individualized support
• Collaborate with other educators and administrators to enhance program quality
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Valid teaching license in the state of employment
• At least 3 years of teaching experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
