Responsibilities

• Teach children using our curriculum guides and classroom management tools.
• Communicate with parents through our classroom tablets.
• Participate in professional development opportunities including training, certifications, and education reimbursement.

• Engage in community service projects as part of BBMA's Heart Project.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Background check required.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage classroom activities and maintain order.
• Knowledge of child development and educational theories.
• Proficiency with technology and digital tools.
