Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Mentor and promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support their child's development and contribute to the center's success.

Requirements

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state and childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Pay and Schedule

Compensation range: $24.09-25.03 per hour, depending on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options are available.
