Lead Talend & MicroStrategy Developer

We are seeking a Lead Talend & MicroStrategy Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade ETL pipelines and analytics dashboards. This role combines robust backend data integration using Talend with front-end business intelligence and data modeling in MicroStrategy to deliver actionable insights for key business stakeholders.

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Job type: Contract
Work hours: 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable Talend ETL jobs and integration workflows.
• Architect and deliver interactive MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and KPI visualizations.
• Build and maintain semantic models, schema objects, dimensions, and facts across star and snowflake schemas.
• Optimize SQL queries and data integration performance with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake and Redshift.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with Talend ETL development.
• 4+ years of experience in MicroStrategy development (reports, dashboards, metrics, and object management).
• Strong background in SQL tuning, dimensional modeling, and relational database management.
• Ability to work hybrid in Columbus, OH (up to 80% in-office).
• Bachelor’s degree.

$45 - 50 per hour
