About the Opportunity

The Lead Developer role is integral to the Internal IT team responsible for the company’s technological infrastructure. This position focuses on leading the Deal Configuration team, which manages applications supporting pre-sales, engineering, and service quoting processes. The role involves guiding multiple teams, driving technical vision, and ensuring the delivery of software solutions that directly impact business operations and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide multiple development teams, providing technical direction.
• Inspire and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Oversee development using JavaScript, Node.js, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and object-oriented programming.
• Manage integration with data sources such as Oracle and MongoDB.
• Adapt to evolving technology trends and business requirements.
• Make informed decisions balancing technical and business needs.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrate creativity in problem-solving and application design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree preferably in Computer Science, MIS, or Supply Chain.
• Over 10 years of experience in application development.
• Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, Vue.js frameworks, HTML, CSS.
• Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot is a plus.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and team orientation.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $122,800 to $153,500 annually. Actual salary depends on factors including location, experience, skill set, performance, and business needs. Some positions may be eligible for variable incentive compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
