About the role

Simples is seeking a Senior/Lead Developer based in Dallas for an on-site role. The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to driving innovation within the Salesforce quote-to-cash ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Salesforce technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and customer success
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
• Experience with Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Passion for technology and a commitment to staying current with industry trends

Skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce API and integration techniques

Pay

Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
