The Lead Developer position at InnovateTech is responsible for leading software development projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-quality code standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications
• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers
• Contribute to the overall technical vision and roadmap of the company
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies relevant to software development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
• Experience leading software development projects
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java, Python, or C++
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
