Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Bonus based on performance
- Teach swimming lessons to preschool and elementary-aged kids
- Work with a positive, outgoing personality
- Communicate effectively with parents and children
- Ensure safety and comfort in the water
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Train in the British Swim School approach
Requirements
- Experience working with children or in a child-focused job (not required if you can show the right attitude)
- Basic swimming ability
- Lifeguard/CPR/AED certification (or willingness to get certified during training)
Qualifications
- Leadership and teaching experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Experience working with children and families

Schedule
- Evenings: Monday–Wednesday (4:45 PM – 8:00 PM)
- Sundays: (10:15 AM – 2:30 PM)
