Job Summary and Qualifications

The Surgical Technician Lead will assist during surgical procedures, demonstrate aseptic technique, set up required equipment, pull cases as needed, break down cases, and perform delegated duties. Additional responsibilities include orienting new employees and overseeing shift operations.
