Responsibilities
- Lead a represented team responsible for Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping.
- Deliver objectives related to Cost, Quality, Safety, Efficiency, Absenteeism.
- Engage with key stakeholders including suppliers to deliver key objectives.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all stakeholders, including fair and consistent administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in supervisory roles, manufacturing, military or other relevant experience.
- Internship and co-op experience will be considered.
- Ability to work rotating shifts / hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
