Responsibilities
- Own the procurement cycle — create and release Purchase Orders (POs) on time to support the master manufacturing schedule, keeping the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system current with scheduling changes and cancellations.
- Drive supplier relationships — collaborate with suppliers and Materials Resource Planners to manage fulfillment, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain on-time delivery performance.
- Lead sourcing strategy — apply sourcing policies and lead material initiatives for the strategic sourcing team, including deflation activities, supply change risk mitigation, lead time reduction, and payment terms improvement.
- Support new product growth — contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and cash flow improvement initiatives across a global, matrixed supply chain.
- Bridge technical and commercial needs — provide guidance to suppliers on compliance with engineering drawings and specifications, and coordinate with Operations, Shop Scheduling, and configuration control teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing, materials management, inventory control, or production planning
- OR a High School Diploma / GED (General Educational Development) with a minimum of 8 years of equivalent experience in the same disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing fulfillment activities, including purchase order tracking, delivery scheduling, and supplier escalation, within a manufacturing or industrial supply chain environment
- Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience with SAP or a comparable modern ERP platform
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fulfillment management

- Strong analytical and systems proficiency skills, with a track record of operating effectively across diverse organizational structures

Pay
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $82,900.00 and $138,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
