Lead Solution Manager - Parametric

About the role

The Lead Solution Manager at Parametric is responsible for producing and maintaining the Solution Vision, defining Solution Intent, initiating and facilitating solution architecture, and collaborating with stakeholders and technology partners to execute and evolve the solution.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with technology and business partners
• Create and facilitate workshops and user sessions
• Analyze data and apply design thinking to draw out goals and solutions
• Influence technical design to align with business objectives
• Manage dependencies and coordinate multiple deliverables
• Manage a team of individual contributors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance/Asset Management, Strategy, Product Management
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial data products/investment platforms/wealth tech/portfolio construction/trading
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience leading and directing others to achieve measurable results
• Demonstrated ability to articulate solution or product vision and/or customized solutions to meet business objectives
• Advanced skills using various tools for workflow documentation and data mapping
• Understanding of analysis and artifact goals throughout the solution lifecycle
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a highly dynamic and changing environment
• Ability to manage personal timelines and meet tight deadlines
