About the role
The Lead Solution Manager is responsible for producing a Solution Vision and Solution Intent, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to shape the future of market data solutions at Parametric.
- Communicate effectively with technology and business partners.
- Create workshops and user sessions.
- Analyze data gathered through user/stakeholder interactions.
- Facilitate solution architecture.
- Socialize decisions with senior executives.
- Manage dependencies and sequencing of development.
- Collaborate in Program Increments with Technology project managers.
- Collaborate with business and operations stakeholders.
- Own and deliver requirements.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Provide consultation and ensure continuity with product and development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance/Asset Management, Strategy, Product management.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial data products/investment platforms/wealth tech/portfolio construction/trading.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience leading and directing others to achieve measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate solution or product vision and/or customized solutions to meet business objectives.
- Advanced experience working with Scaled Agile software development processes.
- Advanced skills using a variety of tools to document workflows and data mapping.
