Lead Ski & Ride School Facilities

Job Responsibilities

• Scheduling coaches, assigning classes, facilitating the booking of private lessons
• Facilitating the setup and breakdown of the SRS meeting areas and all other SRS facilities both indoors and out
• Communicating with coaches during morning meetings
• Ensuring guests are satisfied with their lessons
• Guest service
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• A High School Diploma
• Ability to read/write and communicate in English
• A minimum of 2 years experience working for a Ski and Ride School
• PSIA/AASI certification (preferred)
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Exceptional guest service skills
• Exceptional organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Previous supervisory experience
• Proficiency with RPOS
• The ability to communicate in Spanish
