What You’ll Do
- Own the shift: Plan, position, and set targets to deliver results
- Lead the team: Coach, train, and model correct procedures and hospitality
- Protect food safety & quality: Enforce standards and verify routines
- Deliver great guest experiences: Fast, accurate, friendly service—every order
- Run a safe, clean restaurant: Verify cleanliness, maintenance, and security checks
- Manage operations: Inventory, cash handling, deployment, and shift documentation
- Communicate & hand off: Brief the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transitions
- Hit the numbers: Help your department and shift meet goals for service, quality, and profitability
What You’ll Bring
- Prior leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication, coaching mindset, and a team-first attitude
- Reliability in a fast-paced environment; calm under pressure
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and food quality standards
- Must be 18+ to serve as a manager in our restaurants
