Responsibilities
- Assist Residents as needed in completion of their daily menus.
- Monitor Residents’ food intake.
- Interview prospective servers and make recommendations to Executive Director regarding hiring decisions.
- Train servers by example in job requirements and orient them to Community operations.
- Schedule staff according to Community guidelines, and state regulations.
- Provide coaching and supervision to serving staff, including termination if appropriate.
- Fill in as server if short-staffed in dining room.
