Lead Server/Full Time/Weekend Availibilty
About the role
We are seeking individuals who can embody our mission to enhance the lives of those we serve through Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and pleasant service of food and beverages to residents and guests.
Responsibilities
- Accept food orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Deliver food and beverages to residents and guests in a timely manner.
- Actively buss and reset tables.
- Deliver food to residents' rooms as needed.
- Maintain clean and sanitary conditions of work areas, dishware, and equipment.
- Manager servers and utility workers as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required, but previous Food Service experience is a plus.
- Must have ServSafe or equivalent local, county, or state certifications.
- Ability to switch tasks quickly and often.
- Takes pride in the quality and presentation of food prepared and the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Displays patience and effective communication skills with various personalities.
