Lead Server/Full Time/Weekend Availibilty

About the role

We are seeking individuals who can embody our mission to enhance the lives of those we serve through Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and pleasant service of food and beverages to residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages to residents and guests in a timely manner.
• Actively buss and reset tables.
• Deliver food to residents' rooms as needed.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions of work areas, dishware, and equipment.
• Manager servers and utility workers as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, but previous Food Service experience is a plus.
• Must have ServSafe or equivalent local, county, or state certifications.
• Ability to switch tasks quickly and often.
• Takes pride in the quality and presentation of food prepared and the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Displays patience and effective communication skills with various personalities.
