Description of responsibilities
- Take meal and drink orders
- Serve meals in a timely and friendly manner
- Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals
- Explain daily specials and menu items
- Clean and set up the dining room
- Complete opening and closing checklists
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- Supervise employees in the dining department
- Plan, assign, and direct work of dining employees
- Interview, hire, and train dining employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required experience
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Previous experience working with order processing systems
- Prior supervisory experience
- Previous Experience In Fine Dining Preferred
