Lead Server

We are looking for a Lead Server to join our amazing team! Responsibilities: Provide a high level of customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere. Work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programsSet tables in accordance with ESL standardsServe residents and guest's beverages as requestedReview daily menu with residentsTakes and delivers accurate meal orders to residents and guestsRemove used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, linen from the dining room as neededAdhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practicesAssist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme mealsWhen applicable acquaint new residents with menus, seating, and dining optionsClean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining roomCommunicate resident likes and dislikes to Director of Culinary Services for menu planning purposes and resident satisfactionCreate a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation among all staffAttend Pre-Meal stand up held for all dining and kitchen staffMay perform other duties as needed and/or assigned Requirements Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skillsStrong communication and teamwork skillsStrong organization and time management skillsAble to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees Benefits We offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life and voluntary life, 401k with employer matching, paid holidays, and up to 20 days PTO in the first three years.
