About the role
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking a Lead SEM / Paid Media Account Manager to manage and scale multiple client accounts across diverse industries and conversion models. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced agency professional who thrives in high-volume, performance-driven environments.
What you'll do
- Build, implement, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube)
- Metro Ads
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Additional platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Criteo, AdRoll, etc.)
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously across lead gen and e-commerce verticals
- Lead client performance calls, QBRs, and strategic growth discussions
- Drive optimization strategies tied to CPL, CPA, ROAS, revenue, and pipeline goals
- Forecast budgets and model performance scenarios
- Implement and troubleshoot GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
- Collaborate with creative, CRO, SEO, and analytics teams
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall account growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of paid media experience in a digital marketing agency
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts concurrently
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta
- Experience managing large lead generation and e-commerce budgets
- Deep understanding of varied conversion goals across industries
- GA4 proficiency and strong analytical capabilities
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-account-volume environment
- Google Ads: 7 years (Preferred)

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 125,000 USD per year (Softline HQ)
