Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Configure/build new and enhanced functionality in the Salesforce platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions.
- Create and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Components, and Flows.
- Participate in the design process of integrations from Salesforce with external applications and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce performance, functionality, and integrations.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security guidelines, and coding standards.
- Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and deployment activities.
- Actively participate/lead demos and reviews with team (as needed).
- Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards.
- Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout the life cycle to identify issues/defects.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of experience configuring and building Salesforce solutions.
- Must have 5+ years of Salesforce Experience Cloud development experience.
Preferred Requirements
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Live Agent, Service Console, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and SLAs).
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Experience with Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs, platform events, and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other project tracking tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Security, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing rules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Benefits
Compensation and Rewards: DOE, salary $160K - $180K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO.

Schedule
Remote eligible position. Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Boston, MA; Detroit, MI; and Denver, CO will be required to work hybrid (2 days per week) out of our Dyntrace office. Candidates are required to work EST hours for this position.
